Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.

Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.

The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges. Please note,our properties are strictly non-smoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note thatSpecial Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

One-Bedroom Suite. A spacious suite featuring a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. This room has a Chromecast TV. ;
Premier Studio Suite. A more spacious suite with higher ceilings, a full kitchen, more storage space, and a shower in the private bathroom. Most bathrooms feature a bath. The suite also features a Chromecast TV. The premier studio suite features a king-sized bed. If you3 people, a foldaway bed will be added. ;
Premium One-Bedroom Suite. This premium suite features a separate bedroom with king-sized bed, separate living area with fully-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with bathtub. There is also a Chromecast TV. ;
Premier One Bedroom Suite with Terrace Access. This apartment consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath and free toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven. The air-conditioned apartment provides a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a washing machine, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area as well as garden views. The unit offers 1 bed.
