The Data We Collect From You
Making a booking:
We need to collect details from you in order to make a booking at Moore Park. The information that we need to hold is likely to include your name, contact details, information about your booking and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements. The information you provide may be used to enable us to complete your booking. This information may also be used to provide that booking to you in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions. In order to provide your booking to you we may share your information with credit/debit card companies. Card Payments are processed by Squareup.com your card details are not retained by Moore Park.
We may collect the following data from you on our booking contract: Names, Addresses, Dates of Birth, Telephone Numbers and Emails of the group staying at the house during the contracted dates.
The data will be held by us subject to this policy.
How We Use Your Data
The information which you provide to us will only be used by us. We do not sell or rent any of your personal data to third party companies.
We will also send you occasional invites to participate in services and promotions that we think may be of interest to you. If you reject an invite then we will not ask you anything regarding that service again unless you explicitly opt in to receive such information.

Your information will always be safeguarded under the terms and conditions of the Data Protection Act to ensure that the information you provide us with is safe and only used for the purposes you requested.
We will comply with all data protection legislation.

We may also use your information to identify other people like you, with similar interests to present our marketing to on Social Media and Google. No information about other individuals identified from these networks is shared us at any time

Where you give your consent for us to hold and process your data (either by making an enquiry or purchasing holiday accommodation with us then you only need to contact us to inform us to ask us to stop processing your data and/or to delete (to the extent possible) all your personal data (unless we are required by law to keep specific details).
Please note that when you make a booking with us then we need retain your information in order to process and deliver the service and as such we won’t be able to delete your personal information until after you have completed your stay with us.
Please note that we may disclose your personal data (about our Website Visitors or those registered as a Customer) without your permission to the extent that we are required to do so by law or regulation or in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
