Booking Terms & Conditions
Your contract is with “us” and “our” in these Booking Conditions for the property known as 1 Moore Park “the property”. References to “you” or “your” are references to the person making the booking and all members of the holiday party.
These Booking Conditions form the basis of your contract with us so please read them carefully. Nothing in these Booking Conditions affects your statutory rights.
1. Making your booking
When you book the Property with us you should return the completed booking contract to us together with your initial £300.00 deposit.
The Booking Form must include the names, addresses and dates of birth of you and your total party. Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable unless
Covid 19 related cancelation.
Your booking is made as a consumer for a holiday accommodation and you acknowledge that no liability can be accepted for any business or personal losses however suffered or incurred by you.
2. Paying for your booking
The booking deposit must be paid as soon as possible as no booking can be confirmed until your deposit is paid. Before paying please check with us that the dates you require are still available. Payment method, Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Card.
You are required to send to us your payment for the balance of the rental at least four weeks prior to the arrival date as set out in our booking contract.
If you fail to make a payment due to us in full and on time, we may treat your booking as cancelled by you.
3 Security and Identification
At least two visitors must supply a Valid Passport or Driving License on arrival.
This information will only be used to pursue any criminal or civil proceedings arising from any miss use of the property.
We will also require full names, address and dates of birth of all guests prior to arrival. If you or any member of your party can not comply with this, the booking will be deemed as cancelled by you.
External CCTV is in operation at the front of the house this has been advised by the Police and our insurance company. This is to discourage overcrowding of the house.
We operate a security bond system which includes damages and any other issues
Any damages or issues arising from your time at the house will be deducted from the security bond. Any shortfall of costs will be payable by you.
The Security bond is £500 this will be confirmed at time of booking and may vary in certain circumstances. If there are no damages or issues the security bond will be refunded the first working day after departure
4. Cancellation Procedure,
Any deposit paid is not refundable.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must contact us as soon as possible.
We are not able to cancel and refund guest bookings. If you request to cancel any booking with us any money paid will not be refunded, however guests can postpone their reservation to another available date. Any postponement can be rearranged without time restriction.
If anyone has a booking with us who has only paid a deposit, we would not demand the balance payment if you decide to cancel, however the deposit is non-refundable We would strongly recommend taking cancellation insurance to cover any unexpected events.
Our Covid19 Secure Cancellation policy provides further reassurance to pre-paid bookings. Should your circumstances change due to local tier restrictions, we will refund 100% on all prepaid bookings cancelled up until 24 hours prior to arrival.
You will also have to confirm your cancellation by email stay@moorepark.co.uk.
5. Your accommodation
You can arrive at your accommodation after 3pm on the arrival date of your holiday and you must leave by 10am on the departure date. unless prior arrangements have been made. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so
that alternative arrangements can be made.
6. Your obligation
You agree to comply with all the regulations and any other regulations reasonably made from time to time and ensure they are observed by all members of your party.
You agree to keep and leave the property and the furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses, clean and in good condition.
If you fail to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition a cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
You agree not to cause any damage to the fixtures and fittings, walls, floors, doors, or windows of the property. You must not use the properties for any dangerous, offensive, noxious, noisy, immoral activities or carry on there any act which maybe a nuisance or annoyance to us or any other neighbouring properties
You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property.
No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage to or loss of such property.
You will be responsible for the security of the property and make sure that all windows and doors are securely locked when you go out and overnight.
You agree that each member of your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage).
You can't allow more people to stay in the property other than maximum number of
guests stated on the booking contract.
You must not invite any outside entertainment companies or individuals into
the property without prior authorization from us. All guests must be included on the
booking contract. Anyone found not to be on the booking contract will be charged
£65 per unauthorized person per day.
Nor can you change the makeup of the property during your stay in the property.
Please note there is No Smoking inside the property, there is a heated smoking area on the decking at the rear of the house. The house rule is strictly No Pets.
If you do so we can refuse to hand over the property to you, or can require you to leave it and/or Penalties may be applied if any issues relating to these terms arise
We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation by you.
7, Damages
Any damages or issues over the value of the security deposit will be the responsibly of the Holidaymakers.
8. Law
The contract between you and us is governed by the law of England and Wales and we both agree that any dispute, mater or other issue which arises between us will be dealt with by the Court of England and Wales.
9, Pool Conditions of Use
Alcohol or food is not allowed in the swimming pool and it is always your responsibility to take every care and maintain a safe practice when using the swimming pool.
We have been instructed by our Public Liability Insurance Company, to restrict the access to the Swimming Pool. As a result of this we feel it is reasonable that the Swimming Pool be available to our guests between the hours of 08.00hrs and 22.00hrs Outside these times the Swimming Pool will be locked and out of bounds.
We will always make every effort to ensure that the pool is at a satisfactory temperature, but we cannot be held responsible in the event of any mechanical breakdown.
10, Any breech of these conditions will affect your Security Bond.
COVID 19 Guidelines
At Moore Park we take COVID 19 very seriously.
We maintain a high standard of cleaning including disinfecting the hole house using medical grade disinfectant through a fogging machine. We also sanitize all surfaces with quality products.
We expect our guests to maintain a high standard of cleaning. For example, keeping all surfaces clean, regularly wash hands, and using the hand sanitizer provided.
We expect all guests to be sensible regarding social distancing.
If anyone is showing symptoms of COVID 19 they should not attend
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
